• Position Overview

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant who is bilingual (English/Spanish), computer savy, detailed oriented, and experienced in a fast-paced clinical setting.

• Orthopedic experience, casting skills, and eClinicalWorks (eCW) proficiency are highly preferred.

✅ Requirements

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Casting and splinting experience

Strong computer skills and EMR proficiency

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Perform Patient Intakes accurately

Maintain a professional, clean, and well-groomed appearance appropriate for a clinical setting

⭐ Preferred

Orthopedic or hand surgery experience

Experience in a specialty practice

• Responsibilities

Room patients, obtain past medical history, and assist physician

Apply/remove casts and splints

Maintain and stock exam rooms and supplies

Document accurately in eCW***

Prepare exam rooms and support patient flow

Ensure all documentation and/past medical records are in the EMR

Perform other duties as dictated by the workload
