Celebration Health & Wellness is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy and caring Pediatrics team.

Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our pediatric patients and providers by delivering high-quality clinical coordination and administrative support. This position requires strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced pediatric environment.
This position collaborates closely with a Patient Care Coordinator partner located at another clinic site. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships across locations are essential to ensure continuity of care and consistent workflows.
This role primarily focuses on care coordination responsibilities and will provide Medical Assistant support within the practice when operational needs arise to support clinic operations and patient care.
Job Responsibilities
Medical Assistant Responsibilities – When operational needs arise, this position may be required to provide direct clinical support to the care team at their assigned clinic location or at other practice locations within the organization, including:
Care Coordination & Front Office Support
Patient Interaction & Documentation
Basic Qualifications & Interests (BQIs)

Schedule
Full-time, 8-hour shifts (M-F)
Our practice supports patients across Central Florida and is recognized for flexible scheduling, professional care, and a patient first approach.
