    Medical Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator

    ReLive Health Great Neck is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Medical Assistant to join our growing wellness and longevity team.

    This role combines clinical responsibilities with exceptional patient care and customer service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people improve their health and wellness while creating an outstanding patient experience.

    Responsibilities

    Patient Care & Clinical Duties

    Perform phlebotomy and blood draws.

    Administer physician-directed injections, including vitamin injections and wellness therapies, in accordance with New York State regulations and clinic protocols.

    Prepare treatment rooms and assist providers with patient care.

    Record vital signs and update patient records accurately.

    Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.

    Assist with IV therapy setup and patient monitoring as needed.

    Patient Experience & Front Desk Support

    Welcome patients and create a positive first impression.

    Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments.

    Follow up with prospective patients and leads generated through marketing campaigns.

    Confirm appointments and maintain patient communication.

    Educate patients on available services and wellness programs.

    Support membership enrollment and retention efforts.

    Administrative Responsibilities

    Maintain accurate patient documentation.

    Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.

    Coordinate patient flow and support daily clinic operations.

    Work closely with providers and team members to ensure exceptional service.

    Qualifications

    Medical Assistant certification preferred.

    Phlebotomy experience required.

    Experience administering injections preferred.

    Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced wellness and medical environment.

    Sales, lead follow-up, or patient coordination experience is a plus.
