Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Assistant or medical staff to join our team! As a Medical Assistant or medical staff you will be preparing for each patient visit by preparing charts, providing routine support alongside medical staff. You will also be helping manage the inventory of medical supplies, setting up machines and testing equipment, and cleaning instruments and rooms as needed. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning more about a working medical environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare for the patient visit, including setting up medical equipment

Clean instruments and equipment after use

Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs

Assist NP and doctors with basic medical care and procedures

Handle basic medical office duties
