Position Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join our Sarasota team. This role is full-time (Mon–Fri, 8–5).

You’ll work directly with patients and providers, helping men feel their best while developing your clinical skills in a supportive, upbeat environment.

What You’ll Do

Perform phlebotomy (blood draws) and administer injections (Testosterone, B12, vitamins, etc.)

Record patient vitals and maintain accurate EMR documentation

Assist providers with men’s health and wellness procedures (training provided)

Perform shockwave treatments

Manage lab operations and compliance requirements

Greet patients, schedule appointments, and answer phones with a professional, positive attitude

What We’re Looking For

Phlebotomy experience required

Medical Assistant or related clinical background (urology, family practice, med-spa, hormone therapy, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and strong organization skills

Friendly, professional, and comfortable in a small clinic setting

No active or pending malpractice cases
