You'll be trained on a variety of Class I medical devices and procedures—expanding your clinical skills far beyond the traditional MA scope.     What You'll Do

    Clinic Flow & Patient Experience

    • Room patients, take vitals, prep treatment spaces, and keep schedules running on time
    • Set a confident, reassuring tone that reflects our concierge-level care

    Injections & Clinical Support

    • Perform IM/SQ injections per provider orders and protocols
    • Conduct point-of-care tests, prepare medications and supplies
    • Execute clean, efficient room turnover between patients

    Expanded Procedures (With Training)

    • Learn and perform a variety of Class I medical and aesthetic procedures under provider supervision
    • Operate specialized medical devices as you grow into the role
    • Expand your clinical skill set in ways most MA positions never offer

    Patient Education

    • Explain membership benefits, visit cadence, and next steps clearly
    • Reinforce care plans and home instructions so patients leave confident

    Documentation & Follow-Through

    • Update EMR precisely, queue orders, verify results receipt
    • Manage task lists and close every loop—no drop-offs, no missed steps

    Communication Hub

    • Handle calls, texts, and in-person questions with a polished, compassionate tone
    • Coordinate follow-ups and series appointments seamlessly

    Safety & Compliance

    • Maintain HIPAA, infection control, and sharps safety standards
    • Keep rooms spotless and equipment ready at all times

    Operational Rhythm

    • Support opening/closing routines, inventory management, and event support
    • Represent the BFF brand in presentation and professionalism

    Qualifications

    • Required: Current Medical Assistant certification (CCMA, CMA, or RMA)
    • Required: Demonstrated competency with IM/SQ injections in a clinical setting
    • Preferred: Experience in functional medicine, wellness, or aesthetics
    • Preferred: Familiarity with EMR systems
