The ideal candidate will be experienced, organized, and able to provide excellent support to both patients and providers in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.

Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant patient information.

Assist providers with exams, treatments, and minor procedures.

Administer injections, collect lab specimens, and perform basic lab tests as directed.

Maintain clean and well-stocked exam rooms.

Handle patient scheduling, phone calls, and follow-up communication as needed.

Ensure patient records are accurate and updated in the EMR system.

Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and clinic policies.

Requirements:

Bilingual. English and Spanish speaking.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred.

Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA).

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Knowledge of EMR systems and basic medical terminology.
