About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at a Boutique Medical Spa and Plastic Surgery Company as a Medical Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in a our facility. We are dedicated to enhancing our patients' lives through innovative cosmetic procedures and personalized service.

Responsibilities:

Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs.

Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are properly stocked and sanitized.

Support the surgeon during procedures by handling instruments and maintaining a sterile environment.

Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up communications.

Educate patients on pre and post-operative care instructions.

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance verification.

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance patient experience and care quality.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical spa or surgical setting.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)systems.

Compassionate demeanor and a patient-first attitude.

Creating content is a plus.
