Job Summary We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team! Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $23.00, depending on experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and have the energy to handle daily tasks.

As a Medical Assistant, you will be preparing for each patient visit by preparing charts and pulling notes before their arrival, providing routine support alongside CA staff, and assisting with keeping track of tests and referrals to ensure everything arrives on time and the patient is kept informed on their condition and care. You will also be helping manage the inventory of medical supplies, setting up machines and testing equipment, and cleaning instruments and rooms as needed. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, and can work well with others, is willing to learn, and is capable of administering injections.

This immediate position is available at our Mesa location.

The working hours are as follows:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:30am to 6:30pm

Tuesday: 9:30pm to 6:30pm

Thursday: 1:00pm to 6:30pm

Responsibilities

Prepare for the patient visit, including pulling charts and notes, as well as setting up medical equipment

Clean instruments and equipment after use

Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs

Assist doctor with basic medical care and procedures

Track lab results, email referrals, and handle basic medical office duties
