We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented professional to join our healthcare team and support the delivery of high-quality patient care. In this role, you will work closely with clinicians, patients, and administrative staff to help ensure an efficient, welcoming, and organized care environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and help create a positive and professional experience
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Record patient information, update medical histories, and assist with intake procedures
- Measure and document vital signs and other basic clinical observations as directed
- Draw blood and prepare laboratory labels
- Ensure lab specimens are sent to proper labs
- Assist physician or ultrasound technician with various fertility procedures
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and record management
- Maintain supplies and help monitor inventory levels
- Follow all safety, privacy, and infection control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program
- Prior experience in a clinical or medical office setting is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, patient care practices, and office procedures
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using electronic health records and common office software
Work Hours
- Monday - Friday 7AM - 3PM (rotating every Saturday)
