Velazquez Pain Relief Center is a multidisciplinary pain management practice dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team in Reno, Nevada. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to excellent patient care, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries

Review and organize patient paperwork and forms

Room patients and obtain vital signs

Triage patient needs and relay information to the provider

Retrieve imaging reports and medical records as needed

Maintain a clean and organized clinic

Assist with other administrative or clinical tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting (pain management experience a plus)

Excellent patient service and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and general computer use
