Job Summary

This is a full-time position for a serious candidate. You must have at least 1 years of experience. Electronic Medical Record experience is needed and EClinical EMR is a plus. It is suited for someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities:

Check in & check out.

Collecting patient demographics and insurance.

Collecting patient co-payments and self-pay collections.

Must be able to multitask and handle multi-line phones. Sorting faxes and scanning daily. Opening mail and sorting.

Referrals and collaboration with other organizations

Other responsibilities which may be occasionally needed: Administering shots, taking vitals and history, Vaccine inventory and supplies inventory Administering shots to pediatric patient is a must Any Experience with immigration physical is desired

Job Duties:

Scheduling

Take vitals, Rooming in patients, charting in EMR, Administering shots

Greeting visitors

Sorting and sending mail

Answering and routing phone calls.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
