Extremely fast paced and busy Specialist office is looking for a person with Experience in Endocrinology. The hours for this position are 7:30 am sharp to 4:30 pm Monday- Friday. Applicant must have strong English skills and be bilingual English/Spanish. Duties will include but, will not be limited to prior authorizations for procedures and medications, send refills, schedule procedures, answer phones, draw blood, check patient vitals, administer injections, assist the doctor doing Fine needle aspirations, chart prep, check voicemails. If you do not have a strong specialist office background with the above qualifications please do not apply.

Responsibilities:

Draw blood

Assist with thyroid biopsy

Authorizations

Medication refills

Room/ Assist patients

Assist with Biopsies

​Qualifications:

Previous experience in Endocrinology

Bilingual - English and Spanish

Strong organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
