Key Responsibilities:

- Handle front desk duties, including patient check-in/out, handling phone inquiries, and processing insurance information.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory of medical supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma from an accredited medical assistant program preferred.
- Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
