    We are a Direct Primary Care Family Medicine Clinic seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing team. If you are passionate about patient care and want to be part of a practice that is changing healthcare for the better, we'd love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities

    • Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs
    • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
    • Administer injections and other clinical procedures within scope of practice
    • Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
    • Document patient information accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    • Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
    • Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming patient experience
    • Follow clinic policies, procedures, and infection control standards
    • Work collaboratively with providers and team members to ensure efficient patient care

    Qualifications

    • Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred
    • Experience with phlebotomy
    • Experience administering injections
    • Proficient in obtaining and documenting vital signs
    • Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to adapt, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Family medicine or primary care experience is a plus
