Medical Assistant — Join Our Patient-Focused Team!

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Medical Assistant who genuinely enjoys working with patients and helping them feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. If you love creating positive experiences, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive healthcare team, we’d love to meet you!

This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, eager to cross-train, and excited to grow in a hands-on medical environment. We need someone with availability M-F from 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, though most days wrap up closer to 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

Prepare for patient visits by reviewing charts, pulling notes, and setting up equipment

Support providers and nurses with routine clinical care and procedures

Track labs and test results to ensure timely reporting and patient updates

Assist with prescriptions, phones, and general office coordination

Maintain inventory of supplies and prepare exam rooms and equipment

Clean instruments and ensure rooms are ready for the next patient

Qualifications

BLS Certification (Required)

Certified Medical Assistant (Required)

Previous medical office experience preferred
