• Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours

What you'll do

• Visit patients in their homes across Ventura County

• Complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits

• Focus on prevention, not reactive care

• Build real patient relationships—no rushed appointments

• Document visits using modern EMR tools

• Support seniors and families where they live

Must-haves

• 1+ year as Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)

• 6+ months in primary care or internal medicine

• Comfortable traveling to patient homes

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Nice to have

• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits

• Experience with Well-Child Visits
