About the Role:

Join Wounds Care NC as a Medical Assistant and Hyperbaric Tech, where you'll play a vital role in patient care and recovery. We are passionate about providing top-notch wound care and surgical assistance in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in patient assessments and prepare them for hyperbaric treatments.

Administer wound care procedures under the supervision of medical professionals.

Maintain and operate hyperbaric chambers according to safety protocols.

Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.

Educate patients and families on wound care and hyperbaric therapy benefits.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

Ensure a clean and sterile environment in treatment areas.

Manage inventory and supplies for wound care and hyperbaric treatments.

Requirements:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification required.

Experience in wound care and hyperbaric medicine preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy.

Current CPR certification is a must.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
