Financial District Foot & Ankle Center—named Best of the Bay Area Orthopedic Center two years running—is growing and looking for a stellar Medical Assistant to join our downtown San Francisco team.

We want someone with 1–2 years of clinic experience in both front and back office responsibilities who’s ready to bring energy, precision, and heart to every patient interaction.

What You’ll Do: • Greet patients and handle check-ins, scheduling, and follow-ups via text and email (no phones!) • Take vitals, assist with patient histories, exams, and EHR charting • Support billing, documentation, and patient education from start to finish

What You Bring: • 60+ WPM typing and strong written communication • Experience juggling front + back office in a clinic setting • Tech-savviness, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset • Alignment with our core values:
