We are seeking a passionate and energetic Medical Assistant to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

    Position Overview:
    We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Medical Assistant with a background in medical aesthetics, sales, and skincare product knowledge. This individual will assist providers during treatments, manage patient charting, and contribute to an elevated experience for every guest. Enthusiasm, confidence, and professionalism are essential to this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist providers with a wide range of aesthetic treatments and devices (e.g., laser, RF, body contouring, etc.)

    • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for procedures

    • Support charting, documentation, and EMR entry during and after treatments

    • Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare regimens, and product recommendations

    • Build rapport with patients to increase satisfaction, retention, and cross-sell opportunities

    • Demonstrate product knowledge and support skincare sales through education and recommendations

    • Maintain supply inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels for daily operations

    • Help maintain a positive, high-energy, and team-focused atmosphere

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1–2 years experience in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting

    • Proven sales and skincare product knowledge

    • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred but not required

    • Experience with EMR systems and patient charting

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-first mentality

    • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
