About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist with patient intake and maintain accurate medical records.

Prepare and administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.

Perform basic clinical procedures and assist in minor surgeries.

Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Handle billing and insurance verification processes efficiently.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.

1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
