    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Billing Manager to oversee our billing operations and ensure accuracy throughout the revenue cycle. This role requires a hands-on leader who can identify billing trends, resolve issues efficiently, and work closely with leadership and billing teams to maintain seamless workflows.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee the full revenue cycle management process, including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denials, and collections.

    Supervise and train billing staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with payer regulations.

    Ensure proper handling of non-professional billing claims and maintain compliance with applicable guidelines.

    Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes.

    Utilize and optimize AdvancedMD Practice Management software to streamline billing operations and maintain accurate data entry.

    Identify billing trends, recurring issues, or process gaps and present findings to the RCM Director with recommendations for resolution.

    Communicate and coordinate directly with the RCM Director and both on-site and off-site billing teams to maintain smooth workflows and timely follow-up.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 5 years of medical billing management experience.

    Strong knowledge of non-professional billing claims.

    Proficiency with AdvancedMD PM software strongly preferred.

    Proven leadership and team management abilities.

    Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Preferred Experience:

    Background in orthopedic and spine billing processes.

    Familiarity with appeals, arbitration, and payer negotiations.

    Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and solving complex billing issues.
