    MEDREVEX is looking to add a part-time/full-time business partner liaison to our team. This position will be 100% in office until training is complete and may have some work from home flexibility after. We are medical billing company that is expanding.

    Are you a Medical billing manager ready to take on a new challenging role or a Project manager ready to concur a new field?

    As the business partner liaison you will act as a bridge between MEDREVEX and its business partners, facilitating communication, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring alignment on shared goals and objectives. This role involves developing partnerships, managing communications, identifying opportunities for growth, and promoting mutually beneficial collaboration to achieve strategic business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities Guiding new clients through the onboarding process Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and potential business partners, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Serving as a bridge between clients and internal departments, relaying information and ensuring client needs are communicated effectively Watching claim submission volume or issues and following up with provider/group Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the organization's strategic goals, driving business growth Sending out NDAs/Contracts and managing the follow up related to this process Sending out new provider onboarding spreadsheets Support the clients from every aspect

    Required Skills Strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, data analysis, and organizational Experience with applications such as Microsoft office, adobe pro, DocuSign, g-suite Experience in project management

    Preferred Skills College degree Healthcare experience Billing experience

    Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, customer success platforms, and various data analysis tools is preferred.
