Responsibilities

• Process and manage medical billing and collections
• Follow up on claims to ensure payment and resolve denials
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Work through high volumes of accounts efficiently
• Communicate with payers and internal teams as needed
• Take ownership of assigned accounts from start to finish
