Thrive Therapy is a fun group mental health practice that is looking for someone to aid in billing insurance companies. Our ideal candidate would have knowledge of working with Collaborative MD and Simple Practice. Experience with either it not required, but would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

Submit accurate and timely claims to insurance companies and clearinghouses.

Post payments, adjustments, and denials into the billing system.

Monitor and follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims.

Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billing issues and claim rejections.

Communicate with therapists and patients about insurance discrepancies.

Company Culture: While finding the right person for the task at hand is important, even more important to us is finding somebody who fits in with our company culture. We have a team of about 25 people, with about 15 of those people being in the office you would be working in. Let's just say that it's not a requirement for you to attend happy hour, but we are always looking for people who want to contribute to the culture and want to enjoy the people they work with.
