Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients from intake through completion of care
Schedule and manage patient appointments across clinic, surgery, and physical therapy departments
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
Communicate with attorneys and other healthcare providers regarding patient cases
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient’s record
Track case progress and ensure all necessary follow-ups are completed
Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage cases efficiently
Proficiency with medical office software and electronic health records
