Medical Sales Representative
Job Description
The company is well known for delivering quality, durability and performance in the medical seating arena. The products are used in a wide variety of clinical environments and have supported the needs of patients and clinicians for over 20 years. Each year there are over a million procedures impacted by the use of the company’s products. Job Description/Responsibilities • Prospect, cold call, qualify, and close new business in your respective, geographic territory. • Achieve growth goals on a consistent, year over year basis. • Acquire, manage, and support both acute and non-acute accounts • Work with industry partners to drive growth in your respective market. • Have a solid, foundational understanding of how to sell capital equipment in the healthcare space. • Ability to move heavy products for proper demonstration and/or delivery to accounts. Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. • Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of medical device sales related experience preferred. • Copier, Paychex, and ADP type sales training, background, and achievement a plus. • Experience working with furniture dealers, design firms, and equipment planners a plus. • Self-motivated, hungry for sales success. • Professionally persistent & resourceful with a growth mindset. • Not afraid to cold call/navigate the capital equipment sales process (at Hospitals, non-Hospitals). • Well organized, with the ability to develop a plan of execution to achieve results. • Strong communication skills. • Proficiency with: Microsoft Office, SalesForce.com, and other CRM platforms. • Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record. • Able to travel with overnights during a monthly basis. • COMPETITIVE SALARY + COMMISSION + BENEFITS
