Title: Medical Device Sales & Clinical RN - Hospital Infusion
Territory: Greater New York (5 Boroughs) and 20-30 mile radius around NYC ( parts of NJ, CT, Westchester, Long Island)
Territory is in great standing with prior President's Club win, open due to promotion.
Company: Global industry leader and manufacturer of medical devices used in the OR and multiple departments throughout the hospital.
Description:
- Drive utilization of products with the nurses and/or clinicians in the hospital setting.
- Build trust and confidence in products at beside procedures in an attempt to change behaviors and practices.
- Promote usage of assigned products throughout territory, deepening relationships with existing accounts and new account acquisitions.
- Prepare and deliver financial analysis to decision makers across hospital administration, nurse managers, OR operations and surgeons.
- Develops & maintains a pipeline of new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Work with internal counterparts to support the full scope of needs within assigned territory.
- Territory is healthy with lots of existing business.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed RN to support bedside procedures
- 4-6 years hospital bedside experience and 1+year of sales or medical device clinical support experience (vascular access, IV product experience a plus)
- Completed 4 year college degree.
- Ability to travel within territory, minimal to no overnights
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.
- Clean driving record (for company provided car).
Compensation:
Base salary depending on experience $90-95k DOE, plus uncapped commissions paid quarterly, conversative first year total earnings of $150k + health/dental + Company Car + Gas/Tolls + Expenses + Communications Package. This territory has paid out $190k total in one year, based on sales.
