We at CCF Group are seeking a Dermatology Medical Director to join our expanding clinical leadership team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic oversight in a supportive, collaborative environment. At CCF Group, we seek more than simply filling a role with a qualified physician, we are looking for a Dermatologist who shares the passion, dedication, and commitment established by our owners and upheld by our team. Genuine, patient-centered care is a value we prioritize and take pride in as we serve individuals who rely on our team and place their trust in our medical care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, leadership in dermatologic best practices, and a commitment to quality and compliance. This role is focused on supervising mid-level providers delivering dermatologic care in post-acute settings, with responsibilities limited to chart review, chart signing, and clinical consultation as needed. Dermatologist-developed protocols and procedures are already in place to clearly define provider scope and mitigate risk. In addition to clinical leadership, this position offers multiple revenue streams, including monthly compensation of $1,500 per supervised mid-level provider, as well as potential partnership and growth opportunities for physicians interested in expanding their leadership and business involvement within our company. While supporting patient care, CCF Group also supports our providers by offering streamlined documentation workflows. Our owners have developed a physician-built application that integrates directly with our EMR, eliminating double charting and allowing documentation to transfer seamlessly!
