Qualifications:

Required:

• Doctorate degree
• Over 1 year of experience in any of the following:
  • Leadership
  • Management
• Over 1 year of experience in any of the following:
  • Hospice
  • Internal Medicine
  • Palliative Care
• Valid Medical Doctor (MD) in the State of South Dakota (SD)
