Physician Medical Director opportunity in Albuquerque, NM

Wonderful opportunity to join a leader in providing excellent primary care to patients in skilled nursing and rehab facilities. Our physicians are passionate about care and play a key role in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The physician works closely with pharmacists on medication management including reduction and reconciliation as necessary, they complete all federally mandated visits including initial H&Ps, Medicare required visits, and acute and follow up visits as medically necessary in collaboration with the nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
