    Position Overview

The Medical Director will provide comprehensive psychiatric and medical leadership across adult residential and partial hospitalization programming.

The organization serves individuals experiencing substance use disorders, trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring psychiatric diagnoses within a patient-centered treatment environment.

This position combines direct psychiatric care, physician leadership, clinical supervision, regulatory oversight, and strategic program development.

The ideal candidate is a clinically accomplished psychiatrist who enjoys working directly with patients, mentoring providers, and building high-quality psychiatric treatment programs.
