A respected, mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to step into a clinical leadership role within a rapidly growing behavioral health system. This organization serves over 9,000 children and adults annually and is dedicated to delivering life-changing mental health and wellness services across a diverse patient population.

- Board-Certified Psychiatrist – clinical leadership role
- Full-time, onsite position (Monday–Friday)
- Serving inpatient, outpatient, and addiction services within a multidisciplinary care model
- Opportunity to lead and collaborate with a team of Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs)
What You’ll Do
- Provide a balanced mix of clinical care and administrative leadership
- Help guide and support inpatient, outpatient, and addiction service lines
- Play a key role in program expansion, including new facilities, crisis services, and development of a psychiatric residency program
- Partner with executive leadership to implement innovative, evidence-based, and forward-thinking care models
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical oversight for PMHNPs
- Contribute to the integration of advanced treatment modalities, including TMS, ketamine therapy, immersive therapies, and emerging technologies such as AI
- Help shape the culture and long-term vision of a growing behavioral health organization
Schedule & Call
- Onsite, Monday–Friday schedule required
- Call rotation: approximately once every 4–6 weeks
- Call includes minimal evening phone coverage and weekend rounding (Saturday/Sunday)
- Additional compensation of $3,000 per call week

Qualifications
- Board-Certified in Psychiatry
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
- Demonstrated clinical excellence, particularly with acute and complex cases
- Leadership experience preferred
- Comfortable supervising and mentoring PMHNPs
- Strong collaboration skills with a multidisciplinary team
- Interest in innovation, including emerging treatments such as TMS, ketamine therapy, immersive therapies, and AI integration
- Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to organizational growth and program development
