Psychiatric Medical Director
Our client is a growing healthcare organization looking for an experienced Psychiatric Medical Director to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychiatrist who is interested in providing clinical leadership while continuing to see patients and make an impact on the quality of care being provided.
The Position: The Psychiatric Medical Director will provide clinical leadership and oversight while continuing to provide direct patient care. This position is approximately 70% clinical and 30% administrative, making it a great opportunity for a Psychiatrist who wants to maintain a strong clinical presence while taking on additional leadership responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Florida Medical License
- BE/BC in Psychiatry
- Psychiatric leadership/management experience required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Monday – Friday schedule
- No Nights
- No Weekends
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric care to patients
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the psychiatric team
- Approximately 70% clinical / 30% administrative
- Establish and maintain clinical standards, protocols, and evidence-based practices
- Supervise and mentor psychiatric providers and clinical staff
- Assist with Quality Improvement initiatives
- Monitor clinical outcomes and help improve patient care
- Collaborate with leadership regarding clinical operations and strategic initiatives
- Support compliance with applicable regulatory and healthcare standards
