With numerous new South Florida locations planned, we’re scaling with quality, care, and compliance top of mind—and we’re looking for a mission-aligned Medical Director to support that growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an ideal role for a licensed physician looking to stay involved in meaningful, innovative work—without the demands of a traditional clinical schedule.

As Medical Director, you'll:

Provide remote oversight to a team of experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates.

Review and approve protocols, treatment plans on a daily bases.

Oversee prescription processing.

Ensure compliance with state regulations and corporate clinical policies.

Participate in 1–2 virtual check-ins monthly with the Area Developer and VP of Operations.

Offer clinical availability for questions or urgent support (non-emergency) on a limited basis.

This is a non-clinical, remote, and low-hour commitment role—approximately 8–10 hours per month.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ Years clinical experience

Active and unrestricted MD or DO license in the state of Florida

Board-certified in any specialty (Internal Med, Family Med, Endocrinology or related fields a plus)

Familiarity with hormone therapy, peptides, and wellness medicine

Comfort using EMR platforms and remote communication tools

Willingness to be listed on clinic license and serve as clinical supervisor
