Position: Licensed Esthetician (Laser License Preferred, Not Required)

Job Duties
Customer Service
Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times; consistently go above and beyond to deliver a positive, professional, and personalized experience for every patient.
Build strong, long-term relationships with patients through trust, communication, and results-driven care.
Patient Education and Care
Conduct thorough consultations with aesthetic patients and provide customized skincare and treatment recommendations based on skin analysis and individual goals.
Educate patients on skincare products, aesthetic services, and treatment plans, answering questions and setting appropriate expectations.
Perform esthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and other non-invasive aesthetic services as permitted by licensure.
Perform laser treatments if licensed and trained (laser license preferred but not required).
Collaborate with the medical team and center staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Stay current on all 4Ever Young products, services, and protocols to provide informed recommendations.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy at all times; adhere to HIPAA and compliance standards.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient charts according to 4Ever Young policies.
Be a team player—assist colleagues as needed and contribute positively to the clinic environment.
Sales
Educate patients on 4Ever Young memberships, packages, and promotions when appropriate to help them maximize results and value.
Recommend retail skincare products and treatment plans that align with patient needs and goals.
Daily Operations
Follow established procedures for patient check-in, room preparation, treatment flow, and follow-up.
Assist with maintaining inventory levels of skincare products, supplies, and treatment materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
Adhere to the 4Ever Young dress code and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Proactively identify and help resolve operational or patient care issues with a focus on safety, compliance, and experience.
Experience & Qualifications
Valid Esthetician license (required)
Laser license preferred but not required
1+ year of experience in a medical spa or aesthetic setting preferred
Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and patient education
