    Position Overview: We are seeing a polished, professional, and personable Esthetician/Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is both passionate about aesthetics and skilled in client relations. The right candidate will have a strong background in skincare services and an ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing the front desk with efficiency and grace.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide customized esthetic treatments (facials, peels, skincare protocols, etc.) according to client needs and office protocols

    Educate clients on skincare regimens, treatment plans, and product recommendations

    Greet and check in patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming front desk experience

    Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars, and handle client inquiries

    Process payments, maintain accurate client records, and ensure confidentiality

    Support office operations by maintaining treatment rooms, inventory, and product displays

    Assist with special events, promotions, and patient follow-up as needed

    Uphold the luxury brand image of the practice with professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion

    Qualifications: Current CA Esthetician License required.

    Previous experience in esthetics, dermatology, or med spa setting preferred.

    Strong knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments.

    Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

    Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling/EMR software.

    Professional appearance and polished demeanor suitable for a high-profile Beverly Hills clientele.
