COMPENSATION: Based on experience Responsibilities: • Have knowledge and promote medical-grade skincare products and services. • Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products. • Review and support team with patient intake forms, treatment prep, and pre- and post-care instructions to ensure patient safety. • Work on EMR to schedule appointments, take payments, and communicate virtually. • Must be able to make quick and accurate decisions to handle patient issues with the utmost care. • Providing support during patient consultations, explaining treatment procedures, and addressing any patient concerns or questions. • Take before and after photography. • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records (HIPAA compliant), documenting treatments, monitoring progress, and checking patients in and out while following office policies and procedures. • Ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of treatment room(s), equipment, and instruments, and following strict infection control protocols. • Performing various aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to numbing patients, preparing the client's skin for treatment services, laser treatments, microneedling, and peels. • Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment in the treatment room(s) with appropriate supplies. • Attend team trainings/meetings. • Collaborating effectively with the entire medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience. • Assist with other duties as assigned. • Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic technology and treatment techniques. • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Qualifications: • 3-year minimum as a full-time Esthetician. • In-depth knowledge of various aesthetic treatments and procedures, including laser treatments, injectables, and facial rejuvenation techniques. • Skilled in delivering diverse esthetic treatments, including precision laser treatment (Moxi, BBL, Laser hair removal), clinical-grade facials, Radiofrequency microneedling, and specialized cosmetology techniques. • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting aesthetic devices. • Strong understanding of skincare products and ingredients, as well as experience with skincare consultations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional patient care and ensure patient comfort. • Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively in a busy environment. • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, while maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with an emphasis on optimizing scheduling for providers. • Adapt and prioritize as consistent changes in processes or additional treatment options are implemented. • Demonstrates initiative in accomplishing practice goals. • Must be able and willing to achieve goals with tenacity, compassion, and a sense of humor. • Must demonstrate a "can-do" problem-solving attitude with excellent follow-through abilities. Compensation: $20 - $31 hourly
