Responsibilities: Patient Care & Safety • Conduct thorough skin assessments, support consultations, explain treatment procedures, address patient concerns, and make appropriate decisions to ensure patient safety and quality care. Treatment Preparation & Support • Review intake forms, prepare patients for services, provide pre- and post-care instructions, numb patients when appropriate, and assist with aesthetic treatments including lasers, microneedling, peels, and other approved services. Medical-Grade Skincare & Service Knowledge • Maintain strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare, aesthetic treatments, products, and services in order to educate patients, make recommendations, and support retail sales. Documentation, EMR & Compliance • Maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant patient records, document treatments and progress, upload before-and-after photos, schedule appointments, take payments, and communicate with patients through the EMR or approved virtual platforms. Photography & Patient Progress Tracking • Take consistent before-and-after photography, monitor patient outcomes, and support follow-up care to help track results and treatment progress. Treatment Room, Inventory & Infection Control • Maintain clean and sterile treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments; follow infection control protocols; and manage treatment room supplies, inventory, and equipment readiness. Team Collaboration & Professional Growth • Collaborate with the medical team to create a seamless patient experience, attend meetings and trainings, stay current with aesthetic advancements, build strong patient relationships, encourage repeat visits and referrals, and assist with other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Esthetic Experience & Clinical Knowledge • Minimum of 3 years of full-time esthetician experience with strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, facial rejuvenation, skincare, and treatment planning. Advanced Treatment Skills • Skilled in performing clinical-grade facials, Moxi, BBL, laser hair removal, RF microneedling, specialized cosmetology techniques, and other approved esthetic treatments. Device Proficiency & Troubleshooting • Confident in operating aesthetic devices safely, recognizing device concerns, and troubleshooting equipment when needed. Skincare Consultation & Product Knowledge • Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, medical-grade products, and the ability to educate patients and recommend appropriate home care regimens. Patient Care & Communication • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a comfortable, professional, and elevated patient experience. Professionalism, Organization & Teamwork • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment while working independently or with the team, adapting to changing processes, supporting provider scheduling, and demonstrating initiative, follow-through, and a positive problem-solving attitude. Compensation: $24 - $31 hourly
