Is confident showing up on social media and educating clients

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality services (facials, waxing, skincare treatments)

Educate clients on treatment plans and skincare products

Actively promote services through social media and in-person interactions

Participate in marketing efforts (photos, videos, promotions)

Maintain treatment rooms and uphold luxury spa standards

Rebook clients and build long-term relationships

Non-Negotiables

Must be comfortable being on camera and promoting services

Must be proactive in building and retaining clientele

Must be coachable and open to feedback

Must show up professionally and consistently

Must align with a team culture of growth, accountability, and excellence

Compensation Structure

Base pay + commission + product sales incentives

Opportunity for increased earnings based on performance and rebooking rates
