STAFF ACCOUNTANT

JOB SUMMARY

Medical Facilities Solutions is currently looking well-rounded and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will report directly to the CEO
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to the management team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional Experience in using QuickBooks and troubleshooting
• Proficient experience in Smartsheet, Preferred
• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• EDUCATION: Minimum BS in Accounting or similar discipline preferred

COMPENSATION:

• Annual Salary: Competitive Pay (depending on experience)
