We are a Wellness Center seeking a full-time Front Desk Associate to become a part of our Manhattan team!
Your main focus will be on accomodating/communicating with/scheduling patients.
Responsibilities:
Sign in/Register/Greet patients
Create/Confirm/Manage all phone, in-person and online appointments/scheduling requests
Respond to patient needs, questions and complaints
Collect payment from departing patients
Communicate pertinent schedule information to all staff members
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
Ability to build professional rapport with clients
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasking and time management
Hours:
Must be available for these hours: Monday - Thursday 2pm - 8pm Friday - 9am - 5 pm
