About the Role Join our team as a Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator, where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and a key part of keeping our practice running smoothly. We’re looking for an organized, dependable, and personable professional who can manage administrative duties, support our clinicians, and ensure every client feels welcome from the moment they walk through the door. What Makes You a Great Fit: • Bring Positivity: Help clients feel at ease by showing empathy, reassurance, and confidence. • Team-Oriented: Step in to help wherever needed and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues. • Learn & Grow: See challenges as opportunities to improve and adapt. • Problem Solver: Make thoughtful decisions, handle multiple tasks, and stay proactive. What You’ll Love About Working Here: • A warm, uplifting, and collaborative team culture • Supportive mentorship to help you excel in your role • Open communication where your input and ideas matter • Recognition and appreciation for your contributions Benefits: • Health, Dental, and Vision coverage • 401(k) with company match • Life insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Experience in mental health or healthcare settings is a plus • Proficiency with computers and office systems This version changes: • The title to something more modern and professional. • Tone and structure to read less like the original ad. • Phrasing throughout so it doesn’t flag as duplicate content. If you want, I can also rewrite the therapist and receptionist postings in the same “fresh” style so all your ads feel unique but consistent. This helps avoid duplicate content across job boards. Do you want me to do that? Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and client-centered environment • Monitor operational processes and report on accountability to maintain efficiency • Address issues proactively, fostering continuous improvement • Serve as the first point of contact for clients—greet warmly, handle high call volumes, and provide accurate information • Schedule appointments and respond to inquiries while clearly communicating policies and procedures • Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining client records, processing payments, and managing correspondence • Collaborate with clinicians and staff to coordinate schedules and support seamless operations • Model and reinforce TheraCorp’s core values in every interaction Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities • Experience in mental health settings is a plus but not required Compensation: $20 hourly
