Boston Injury & Rehab is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist for our busy Personal Injury (PIP) medical clinic in Brockton. Our multi-specialty practice includes Orthopedic and Pain Management physicians, and Chiropractic care, providing comprehensive treatment for patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents.

We are looking for a professional, organized, and patient-focused individual who can manage a fast-paced front desk while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner • Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers • Verify patient information and manage PIP/auto accident cases • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation • Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries • Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow • Assist with general administrative and office duties

Qualifications

• Medical office or front desk experience preferred • Experience with PIP / personal injury cases is a plus • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills • Basic computer and EMR experience preferred • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation

💲 $20 + per hour (based on experience)
