We are a busy, physician-owned internal medicine and pain management practice seeking a reliable, experienced Medical Front Desk / Patient Services Representative to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable managing a high-volume front desk while delivering excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities
Patient check-in and check-out
Scheduling appointments and managing multi-line phones
Collecting copays and patient balances
Verifying patient demographics and insurance
Coordinating telemedicine visits
Supporting smooth clinic flow in a fast-paced medical office
Qualifications
Medical front desk or healthcare experience strongly preferred Exceptional candidates with prior customer service and payment-handling experience will be considered
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable discussing payments and setting expectations with patients
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred Experience
eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Internal medicine or pain management
Insurance verification and patient billing workflows
