    We are a physical therapist owned, woman owned business who focus is on treating the patient, not the diagnosis. Dr. Heather Moore started the business in 2011 when she was on maternity leave with her third child. Starting with one location and growing to multiple facilities, the focus of the company is on patient care and education. As a physical therapist for the US Olympic team, Dr. Moore is able to stay up to date with the latest technologies that allow the company to continue to move forward. Dr. Moore has been featured in many publications including Men’s Fitness and the Philadelphia Inquirer as well as many TV and Radio appearances in order to further the education of the patient and grow Total Performance Physical Therapy.

    This position is NOT for you if you require micro-management, spend more time focusing on problems than solutions, engage in office drama and gossip, have no interest in helping patients have a great experience, don’t like the field of physical therapy, and are unable to take charge of your environment and role.

    Roles

    1. Front Desk - Work with our other rocks starts at the front desk to perform phone management, greeting/escorting/scheduling patients, completing intake/registration/processing of new patients, insurance coordination/verification and collecting patient financial contributions, and managing accurate bank deposits and patient accounts, performing billing phone calls and assisting with the billing requirements.

    2. Patient Ambassador - Work with patients to ensure they receive a 5 Star experience by surveying, interacting and meeting with patients. Other assignments will include maintaining accurate records of email campaigns, workshop attendance and assisting with monthly newsletter.

    This is a full-time position, in a well-established clinic. Your schedule will be weekdays, but you must be able to work on a few Saturday mornings. You must be able to work until 8pm at least 2 nights Monday - Friday.
