Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using electronic health record systems.

Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.

Handle phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate staff members.

Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance patient experience.

Assist in coordinating patient flow to ensure timely services.

Support administrative tasks and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration is a plus.

Proven experience in a medical front office or similar administrative role.
