Rehabilitation Technicians (also known as RTs) provide therapeutic supervision to patients, help nurses and counselors as needed, and positively represent the organization and Rimrock’s Mission to the community. Some of the task functions of an RT is to help assist the patients in basic life skills, provide orientation to new patients, transport them to meetings and/or therapeutic activities, and follow safety and emergency procedures.
To be considered for an RT, you must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Montana State driver’s license, and a clean driving record. But most importantly you have to be kind, considerate and compassionate.
