    We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Medico-Legal Administrator to join our team. This individual will support our Medical Report Reviewers by assisting in the analysis and review of legal and medical documents.

    Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

    • Ability to read and analyze legal/medical documents.
    • Communicate with Physicians, Clients, and legal counsel regarding case management.
    • Coordinates extension services like conference calls, retrieving additional records, and addendums.
    • Handles and responds promptly to incoming calls, e-mails or faxes from physicians or clients requesting report status and/or information.
    • Engage in proactive follow-up communications with physicians regarding the status and details of the report(s)
    • Must be able to collaborate in a team environment alongside a Report Analyst.
