Position: Patient Account Representative

Location: Remote

Pay: $17-19/hr, based on experience and state location

About the Role:

Join a fast-growing PT clinic network, supporting billing and collections from home. As a detail-oriented Medical Collector, you’ll manage claims, address inquiries, resolve account issues, and follow up on denials.

Job Duties:

• Manage primary and secondary claims
• Respond to patient and insurance inquiries
• Work with clinics to resolve outstanding balances
• Resolve denials and submit appeals
• Ensure timely claim payments

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of medical collections experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance systems and claims processing
